This flower is my little guy's pride and joy right now. He planted it as a seed and it is now almost as tall as the fence. He called me to go outside and see it because it nearly bloomed over night.

ReplyDeleteDon't you love it when kids get "into" gardening and are so excited to see the results of their labors? Sunflowers are so spectacular, too. Neat pp on this--that painterly background is very cool.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful flower and excellent pping on the photo. We have a stick-pine tree trying to grow in back yard - named Earl. My son brought it home from school several years back and the poor thing is still trying to hand in there. Years after planting it, my son still proudly checks on Earl to make sure it is okay.
